Chris Williams

Chris Williams is currently a member of RentPath's National Account team since April 2018. He has been working for RentPath since 2012 where he first began his career as a Sales Executive in the Triangle market. Chris has been a consistent top-performer for his entire career, winning numerous contests and recently achieving President's Club status for the 2nd time in his career. He brings with him a total of 17 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Prior to joining RentPath, he spent 11 years in various onsite roles including Property Manager overseeing both new construction and stabilized assets. He also served as a Sales Trainer for Altman Management working with the Director of Training for Signature Sales Classes as well as providing field training and comprehensive development of marketing plans for challenged assets. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for both the Triangle Apartment Association and is currently serving as a board member on TAA's A New Lease on Life and also serves on the Apartment Association of NC's (AANC)State Suppliers Council.
