Professional Bio
Carrie is the Operations Coordinator for Burkley Communities in Greensboro, NC. She began her multifamily career 24 years ago working in both the owner/operator and association management sides. She has been with Burkely Communities for 13 years and thrives in an environment where she can support the growth of others. Throughout her career, she has seen the positive impact the apartment industry has had on its members and the residents and community it serves. In her current role, she creates opportunities for employee engagement and professional growth, ensures objectives are met and operations run efficiently, and helps to build long term partnerships. Carrie serves as Vice Chair of the AANC Education Committee as well as a member of the PTAA Membassador Committee. She holds the CAM and CALP credentials as well as completed the NAAEI Advanced Facilitator Trainer course. When she is not at work or planning events, she spends her time alongside her husband watching their 12-year-old son hitting it out of the park and stealing bases on the field.
