Bill Clements

Bill Clements, Director of Multifamily Business Development for EDS (Diversified Services) began his multifamily career in 1987 as an assistant property manager in Columbia, SC. Bill served in succession leadership for the GCAA’s Supplier’s Council beginning in 2021, serving as President in 2023. He has served on the GCAA Board of Directors since 2023, also serving as Secretary for the Boards’ leadership that year. He is a past GCAA Executive Experience Committee Chair, past Golf Tournament Chair, and currently Co-Chairs the Membership Committee. Bill has been host of the GCAA’s Morning Perks Podcast since 2022.

At the state level, Bill is a voting member of the State Suppliers Council and has served on the AANC PR & Communications Committee for multiple years now, Co-Chairing it for 2024. At the National level, Bill serves on the NAA’s NAAGives Committee as well as the NAAEI Program Administration Committee. Bill was the GCAA’s Supplier of the Year for 2023, and has won volunteer awards multiple years. He was recipient of the coveted Lex Marsh Award for career excellence (2022). He is also a 2022 GCAA Leadership Lyceum graduate.
