After ten years in fashion retail, I came into this crazy industry and fell in love. I've been a property manager, leasing associate and within the last 6 years, found my passion for multifamily marketing. Northwood Ravin has allowed me to grow into that passion over the last 4 years!

What advice do you have for someone just starting out in your field?
Ask questions about how things work, even if it's not part of your role- maintenance tasks, financial operations, etc. You'll make yourself indispensable. Also- NETWORK, NETWORK, NETWORK!
